I’m sure you all heard the incredible statements that Ted Turner made to Charlie Rose yesterday. Here are a couple:
One of the great things about our nation is that people can say what they want. However, this guy is just out there.
To all you people in the military that protect us everyday, please know that Americans, in general, do not think like Ted Turner, and we do appreciate your great sacrifice. We know that they people blowing themselves up are NOT Iraqi patriots, and that the Iraqis that you serve with in their military are the patriots. We know that many of your brothers and sisters have made the ultimate sacrifice, and that each and everyone of you makes a sacrifice every day. We know that you really love your country and we love you, respect you, and thank you for your service.
To those Obama supporters that keep on leaving me nasty messages, I just want you to understand that this is my site and I could care less what you think.
Lesser minds resort to cursing and vulgarity when they know that they are wrong. Since your mind is not capable of intelligent debate, you resort to name calling. How jr. high. Maybe that’s all the education you received. So save yourselves some time and leave my blog alone.
To those who have shown support, I truly thank you.
Ok, so I’m starting to really get into the spirit of the election. Since Obama can’t call me a “typical white person” or whatever other racist comment he is able to mak I am an immigrant who has loved this country since I have been here, I’m obviously not his match.
I do like the McCain experience. I like the fact that he is the only person in this race capable of working across the aisle to get things done. Regardless of the what Obama says, he has not acted in a bi-partisan way. As a matter of fact, he is done less than Hillary Clinton to work across the isle. He claims to be a centrist, yet he was the most liberal senator last year. There are sooooo many questions about Obama, that there is no question that McCain is a hero.
Here are a few more reasons, in no particular order:
Obama is just plain scary. Thru his life, he has been a leftist extremist. He has associated with the wrong people and he continues that tradition today. The only difference is that now he speaks of being in the center. He is no where near.
And Hillary? What can you say about her that has not been said? She would be more polarizing than our last two presidents combined. Bush’s air of arrogance is THE reason that he is unpopular. And Mr. Clinton? I don’t think that you are going to find many republicans that think fondly of him. She would be worse.
Go McCain!!!
